Dear Graduate Program Directors,
According to the bylaws of the IPFW Faculty Senate, the membership of the Graduate subcommittee includes two graduate students, who serve for one year. These students need to be nominated by you and voted on by the committee membership. Will you please nominate a graduate student currently enrolled in your program who would be willing to serve on this committee? A suitable candidate would be someone who can articulate the perspective of the graduate student population in our committee business, will attend meetings, and can be easily contacted through campus e-mail. I know this is short notice, but if we can expedite this process, the students’ schedules can be considered as we establish meeting times for the committee.
