DAAD Scholarship Presentation – Study Abroad in Germany (For all Majors)
2009 DAAD-Scholarship recipient and 2010 DAAD ambassador Jansen Langle, who is a German major at IPFW, will be giving a presentation on Study Abroad in Germany and DAAD (German Academic Exchange Services). Jansen will be giving first-hand information on his year abroad and share tips regarding the DAAD application process.

50 prestigious DAAD scholarships (which include a generous monthly stipend for a whole academic year in Germany) are available every year to undergraduate students in the US and Canada. A major in German or knowledge of German is NOT a requirement for this scholarship. Deadline: January 31 2011
Students in the Sciences and Engineering can apply for the RISE scholarship (Research Internships in Science and Engineering). RISE interns will get to work with doctoral students on cutting-edge research projects in German labs. A major in German or knowledge of German is NOT a requirement for this scholarship.
